Yes it will circulate, but only in Transnistria which is a region of Republic of Moldova and an unrecognized country known as Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic .

If anybody says, that the coins are "plastic", than it´s not right. If they are composite, there has to be something to be bounded with it, metal maybe.

all media says "plastic", but in real "composite material", so it can´t be just plastic... because it wouldn´t be composite
