After much thought I have decided to narrow my collecting objectives and abandon many areas entirely. What this means is that I have listed several hundred coins with a higher value, not commonly seen here. I could of course sell them on eBay but I would much rather offer them in exchange to my Numistia brothers and sisters.
I have a small collection of US large cents listed, several hundred high denomination world coins, dozens of silver coins from Europe, South America and the USA. I now have well in excess of a thousand coins to trade and I still have a few hundred to list over the next few weeks, many of them key date coins. All coins listed have the grade in the comments box along with any major defects. The grade is my own subjective opinion based on almost 50 years experience and while I grade coins conservatively it should be used as a guide only. I don't have time to engage in a feedback war over a couple of Sheldon points!
I am collecting coins from the following countries/ periods only:
UK Pre-decimal 1837 - 1967
I have pretty much the entire QEII issues. I need pre 1890 copper in decent grade, silver prior to 1940 especially Victorian.
US Barber issues - present
Early IH cents, pre 1940 Lincolns in higher grades, pre 1900 V Nickels, pre 1930 Buffalo Nickels, key date Roosevelt dimes and many Mercury/Barber dates, pre 1950 quarters and halves.
Switzerland 1850 - present
UNC modern types, most pre 1930's, commemorative 5 francs and almost all pre 1968 1/2 francs and francs.
Poland
Mostly pre 1940
Rhodesia
Including Rhodesia and Nyasaland, Southern Rhodesia but NOT Zimbabwe.
3rd Reich
Especially higher denomination issues and less common minors.
I would also be interested in albums and folders for any of the above (except UIS), certified coins (reputable TPG's only, please no INB junk) mint sets, vintage money boxes, pre 1960 European / Colonial banknotes in good condition, MHN stamps from the 3rd Reich and occupied territories (B&M, Poland, Danzig, Ostland, Ukraine etc.), CSA bond receipts, and old stock certificates.
I very much prefer to trade with US and Canadian collectors due to postage costs although any offer will be judged on it's individual merits. For those with no swapping history or with poor feedback no items will be posted until your part of the trade has been received and inspected.

I'd offer to give your coins a good home through a swap, but I'm afraid I don't have anything you're looking for.

Phil;
Is your whole collection catalogued in Numista? I don't see any modern UK coins past 10 pence in your list. If you do want larger denominations (20p, 50p £1 and £2) I might be able to help, as indeed can several other UK collectors!
Anyways, I guess your "free coin week" status really means "coin-free week", and so like me you have put trades on hold until after the holiday period (you must remember how awful the British postal service is at this time of year).

There are a couple of minor Polski and Swiss coins I don't have but not enough to warrant the postage costs. Kinda strange with almost 6,000 coins on offer, just goes to show the vastness of the world coin arena! There are a couple of 3rd Reich 1 rps but both dates I already have in F/Vf grade so unless they are in very high grades it's no go. But hry, thanks for checking in and maybe at some point in the future we can make a trade :)

Hi Matt,
Afraid not, time is at a premium for the moment. I still only have about 50% of my swaps listed. I have made time to add my Swiss and Polish collections though, 3rd Reich / Rhodesia next but adding the US and UK collections is going to take a while even in their curtailed form.
I'm trying really hard NOT to collect UK coins post 1971 which I always viewed as being the death of our unique currency. It's sometimes hard to resist, the current 50 pences for example.
The mail here is still running really well, just got a package from Pennsylvania in two days. Maybe I'm just lucky. While I don't envy you the Royal Mail, I miss the traditional English Christmas very much. It's 80 degrees here... it just doesn't feel right. Reckon it's the nostalgia striking again :(
Ah well, down a couple for me. I'll be having a Corona.
Merry Christmas!

Ahhhh, you can't beat an ice-cold Corona with a wedge of lime stuck in the neck of the bottle - especially if it's accompanied by the occasional shot of Tequila Gold! I'll tell you what, you have a couple for me and I'll have a couple (or three...) pints of ale for you
Merry Christmas and Happy Collecting!

I have quite a few of the coins you are looking for, I just don't have my entire collection listed on numistia. I would like to know what you have.

Well, I took the advice of the sage MP and added my UK collection and I'm still adding my US items while convalaescing after a recent bout of ill health.
Your online collection counts to date 4777 coins: 1356 different types from 159 countries.
You currently have 4058 coins to exchange.
I still have about 2,500 to go. :(
Once I get back on my feet I will resume swapping, I have a lot of outstanding swaps which I haven't been able to pay atention to so thank you to all concerned for your patience and understanding.

I hope you are safely on the mend and everything is ok.
When you do get a chance I would be interested in any Victorian bronze you might have to trade but there is no rush - take as long as you need.
I dare say the Floridian climate is helping your recovery!

I'm feeling very much better now thanks guys.
I took the opportunity of enforced idleness to upload many more coins, plus those collections which I am actively pursuing as Matt suggested. It does make it easier to find the elusive dates.
I still have a few hundred US and World coins to list and about 1,000 Mexican coins including the early 20th century issues. Oh and about 20 cash coins but they can wait... they are such a headache to decipher!
Here's the current state of play:"
Your online collection counts to date 5406 coins: 1462 different types from 159 countries.
You currently have 4353 coins to exchange.

Well, Phil,
Why don't you give me the headache? They take me only a few seconds.
