“13” and rugby ball means a logo of Rugby-13 Union of the USSR. It was established in 1989, and the first Championship of the “Professional Rugby-13 League” in USSR was held in 1990.

Professional Rugby-13 League of the USSR was created with assistance and sponsorship by TransExpo Union and its President Sergey Alpatkin.
