Coins from the Margraviate of Baden-Baden

The margraviate of Baden-Baden is a state of the Holy Roman Empire. It was created in 1535 by partition of the margraviate of Baden. On the death of the margrave August George, on October 21, 1771, the margraviate was reunited with that of Baden-Durlach, thus reconstituting the margraviate of Baden.
