Coins from the French Cochinchina

French Cochinchina is the southern part of the French possessions in Southeast Asia, in what is today Cambodia. The region was first annexed by France in 1862 from the local kingdoms, and in 1913 was reorganized into the territory of French Indochina along with Tonkin, Annam and Laos.
