4 characters around a map of central Europe. Cardinal Fleury, Prime Minister of France, who is showing the map to three kings:
- King of Prussia, Elector of Brandenburg Friedrich August II (Frederic II)
- King of Poland, Elector of Saxony, August III
- Elector of Bayern, Karl Albrecht (Charles Albert)
All three pointing out with their fingers to the countries belonging to the inheritance of Charles VI they're all claiming for.
