Laureate King Frederik III in full regal clothes, standing under a baldachin, holding an antique sceptre in his left hand, giving forth a crown with his right hand to the city of Copenhagen represented as a veiled lady, kneeling at Majesty's feet. She has a shield with the city's weapon lying on his left side, and the city crown on her head.
