This sterling silver medal honors the visit of the Queen Margrethe II to the United States. It is the identical size (51mm) and design that was presented to Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II, in honor of her Official Bicentennial Visit to the city of Philadelphia. This medal was minted by the Franklin Mint and contains 750 grains (48.6 grams) of solid sterling silver.
