For the 1991 Chinese Lunar New Year festivities, the Singapore Mint issued a hongbao (festive) gift pack to commemorate the Lunar Year of the Goat. The pack include a brass Goat medallion, a 1990 $1 Periwinkle coin and a $1 Ship-series banknote, and was presented in a red festive envelope.
