Nidzica (former Polish: Nibork; German: Neidenburg) is a town in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship of Poland, lying between Olsztyn and Mława, in Masuria. The capital of Nidzica County, it had a population of 13,872 in 2017. After the First World War, "Stadt" Neidenburg issued notgeld in response to a severe shortage of currency.
