The Constituent Assembly of 1861 approved the seventh Bolivian Political Constitution, September 15 In 1862, President Achá had to face a revolution against General Gregorio Pérez (who was defeated by Achá in presidential elections). This confrontation, took place in the field called San Juan of the department of Oruro, where he left victorious in national army.


In homage to this event the town of Cochabamba ordered the minting of a Medal Coin of court of 4 Soles.
