Christian de Brzeg (Polish: Chrystian Brzeski or Legnicki), born in Oława on April 19, 1618 and died in Oława on February 28, 1672, was a prince of the Piast dynasty, which united the Silesian duchies of Legnica (German: Liegnitz), Brzeg (Brieg), Oława (Ohlau) and Wołów (Wohlau) for the last time from 1664 to 1672, the date of his death.

Christian was the third son of Jean-Christian de Brzeg (died 1639) and his first wife Dorothée-Sybille (died 1625), daughter of Brandenburg Elector Jean II Georges.

On his father's death in 1639, he was granted the Duchy of Oława. He reigned jointly with his brothers over Legnica from 1653 to 1654 and 1663 to 1664, Brzeg from 1639 to 1654, Wołów with his brothers from 1653 to 1654 and then alone, and Oława from 1639 to 1654 with his brothers and then alone.

He successively inherited the Duchy of Legnica on the death of his second brother Louis IV of Legnica in 1663 and the Duchy of Brzeg the following year in 1664 after the death of their eldest son Prince George III of Brzeg. He was then sole duke of Legnica, Brzeg, Wołów and Oława.

In 1668, after the abdication of John II Casimir Vasa, Prince Christian presented his candidacy for the elective throne of the Kingdom of Poland as a "descendant of the Piast dynasty". Despite the support of part of the nobility, he was not elected.
