Sobeslaus was a duke of Bohemia during 1125 - 1140. He is known for fortification of Prague castle and also for famous battle of Chlumec, where he defeated and captured king Lothair III of Germany. After his death, duchy of Bohemia passed on his nephew Vladislaus.
