Portrait of Manuel Rengifo Cardenas (1793 - 1845) based on an anonymous portrait on display in the Biblioteca Nacional de Chile (National Library of Chile). Rengifo was a Finance Minister responsible for rescuing the economy of Chile in the 19th century.
