On the reverse is an Illustration of the painting "Cabildo abierto del 22 de mayo de 1810" by the Chilean artist Pedro Subercaseaux.

The painting depects the artist's interpretation of a Buenos Aires town meeting on May 22, 1810 which was a turning point in the May Revolution of 1810.
