Printers 1983-1984 TDLR, 1984-1991: IBB

Krause says P#429 is printed by TDLR, but it is printed by IBB. Krause also says P#429A has 'EL' deleted from the title and 'ORO' deleted from the denomination; however, all examples from the date seem to have both those words, so confirmation is needed on if that variety actually exists.
