At the centre of the note Dark "500" surrounded by flowers, beneat this a dark arc with light text "NATIONALBANKEN I KJØBENHAVN". At the right and left thin leaves rising from a wavy base.

Signatures
Left signature is always ”Chefen for Seddelfaget”(Head of Notes). For this Note it is V. Lange. The Right signature changes and is always one of the Head Clerks.

Because of the motif this Note and all 500 kroner Notes since have been Nicknamed "En Plovmand"/a Ploughman

All varieties of this Note is very rare.
