Exchange Certificates "B" were intended to be used by foreign visitors, naturals of capitalist countries, or Cuban residing on capitalist countries, while visiting the country. Could be exchanged from foreign currencies, and traveler's checks, at exchange rate of 1 Peso = 1 US Dollar, and were valid for 5 years from issuing date; after that time only could be exchanged for Cuban Pesos.
No member from this site currently wants to exchange it.
