These Hubu Guanpiao notes were first issued in 1651 to cover the expenses of the Manchus during the war of the transition to the Ming dyansty to the Qing dynasty. These notes were a failure, and after ten years, productions was stopped. Not much is known about these notes, but they are said to follow the denominations of Ming dynasty notes.
