Comments

The Ta-Ching Government Bank was established in 1905 as the first central bank of China. They had many branches throughout China issuing banknotes.

These banknotes were definitely issued by Fengtein, which may have also issued 20 Cent and 10 Cent notes, although confirmation is needed on those two denominations.
