This is the third series of Banknotes issued. There are two varieties of this note which differ in the date and the titles and number of signatories.

P#37: "2006 Series, Issued under the Monetary Authority Law (2004 Revision)"

Note the Prefix C/1 can be found in the 1998 and 2006 issues.
