Obverse

Featuring Ostrava motifs, the Townhall, the Church of Virgin Mary the Queen situated in the Mariánské hory Ostrava district, the Old Townhall housing the museum, as well as the mining tower of the Landek mine and the Cathedral of the Divine Saviour. The background is the outline of Vítkovické iron mills. In the upper part the motif the municipal coat-of-arms.

Reverse

The town of Opava, in the foreground the Townhall, behind it the Silesian Land Museum, the Church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary and the Church of St. Adalbert. The municipal coat-of-arms is featured in the upper part next to the town hall spire and a legend runs around the rim of the token.
