Issued to commemorate the first British Sapphire Jubilee.
The design has been inspired by traditional heraldic coin designs. Featuring the Sovereign’s Sceptres from the Coronation regalia alongside the year dates 1952-2017, it also shows the number 65 which represents the years Her Majesty has been on the throne.
