This third NCLT Bi-Metalic coin was struck by the RAM in 1998 and released in a coincard that included a Telstra $2 phonecard.
 

The coin commemorates 70 Years of the Royal Flying Doctor Service in Australia which commenced in Cloncurry, Queensland in 1928. A different design proof coin exists which can be accessed on the link below.
