Panunumpa sa Tungkulin ni Pangulong Joseph Ejercito Estrada
With a firm voice and his left hand placed atop a red-covered Bible, Joseph Ejercito Estrada swore to serve the country and people as he took his oath before the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Andres Narvasa, as the 13th President of the Philippines in the presence of his mother, Mrs. Mary Vda. De Ejercito, his wife Luisa who held the Bible, brothers, children, grandchildren, siblings and his best friend Fernando Poe Jr., inside the 114 year old Barasoain Church in Malolos, Bulacan at 12:00 noon on June 30, 1998.
