Double cross in the centre, with the letters C R V X in each quarter part of the cross, starting from the top-left quarter. Surrounded by a ring. A beaded ring on the rim and the inscription between the two rings.

Comments

This is the first coin minted by a norwegian ruler. Olav Tryggvason was a central figure in uniting the norwegian Earldoms into one nation and making Christianity the main religion in Norway.
