Transport Company Braso Lisboa is a Brazilian urban public transport company in the city of Rio de Janeiro. It was founded on April 11, 1947. It is a municipal concessionaire affiliated with Rio Bus.

In 1955, it was acquired by Mr. Valdemar, owner of the extinct Metropolitan car factory, which was later sold to a Portuguese and Brazilian society, and managed by them until May 16, 1986. On this date, it was Mr. Constantino until May 15, 1987, when he passed into the present society.

Since 1993, it has its own headquarters on Avenida Pastor Martin Luther King Jr., in Engenho da Rainha.
