This NCLT coin was released by the RAM in a coincard to Commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the International Day of People with Disability. The actual day of the commemoration is the 3rd of December 2017. A low mintage of only 10,000 meant that the coin sold out in less than a week.
Shortly after Australia Post released the coin in a PNC Cover. (7,000 copies)
