T.F. - Juan Torrico y Mesa & José Agustín Figueroa
F.G. - Francisco Gamarra
Philadelphia Mint changed the mintmark but, supposedly, didn't notice that the initials T.F. belong to Peruvian engravers. And so all the coins minted in Philadelphia have these initials.
