|P||Perth Mint, Australia|
The Perth Mint of Australia issued a limited edition two-ounce pure silver Kookaburra coin. Each will feature all five of the first state quarter designs issued in 1999. The 100 anniversary of the Perth Mint is commemorated with the inclusion of the P100 mintmark for all 1999 coins. The Honor Mark 50 State Program from Australia is the first time that US coin designs have been reproduced on foreign coins. The Program has been created with the approval and cooperation of the US Mint. This coin comes with the 5 uncirculated state quarters .
Note that the Catalog of World Coins says that 10,000 coins were minted. However the Certificate of Authenticity states that 9,999 were minted. Two more collections were released, 2000 and 2001.
