These novodel pieces (official restrikes) were struck using the same reverse die as the official coins, as well as using the original obverse die. While the exact date these novodels were struck is unknown, they would have been struck in 1758 at the very earliest.

Because the same dies that struck these novodels were also used to strike the official coins, differentiating the two can be difficult. On the official coins, the tip of the bust's crown should point between 'D G' of the legend. On the restrikes, the tip points to the back-end of the 'D'.
