The Ram released Fine Silver (.999) Proof versions of this coin as follows ...
In 2011 in the special Two Coin Fine Silver Proof Set which also included a Fine Silver 1 cent coin.

In 2016 in the 50th Anniversary of Decimal Currency Fine Silver Proof Set Which included five other coins.

The 2 Cent coin was never issued into circulation as an Aluminium-bronze coin with the Ian Rank-Broadley Effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. However in 2006 a 2 cent coin with that effigy was included in the Uncirculated Year and Proof Sets to commemorate 40 years of Decimal currency in Australia.

Ten years later in 2016 another Aluminium-bronze 2 cent coin with the Ian Rank-Broadly Effigy was included in the "In Come the Dollars, in come the Cents" Uncirculated set to commemorate 50 years of Decimal currency.
