Minmi is a genus of small armoured dinosaur that lived during the Cretaceous Period. The first fossils of this animal were discovered in 1964 at Minmi Crossing near Roma, Queensland by a local resident and collected by vertebrate palaeontologist Dr Alan Bartholomai for the Queensland Museum.
