This is a "Γ12" type of Khwaresmian coins according to Vainberg (1977), which is attributed to the king Khusrau and an area of Kerdery (East of the Aral Sea nowadays).
The lettering on the reverse is considered to be read as "MR'Y MLK' hwsrw".
