Engravers: Joseph Menna , Richard Masters

Joseph Menna is recognized as one of the leading professional sculptors working in the field today. He is classically trained and a master of both digital and traditional sculpture media.
Richard Masters (born in Sioux City, Iowa) studied design and drawing at the University of Iowa. He assisted the United States Mint with the creation of new designs for coins and medals since 2004.

Edge

Engraved with date and both mottos, the edge lettering on Presidential and Native American Dollars can be in Positions A or B. Position A: edge lettering reads upside-down when the portrait faces up; Position B: edge lettering reads normally when the portrait faces up.
