Comments

Until 1560, the reign of John is calm and prosperous, the city is fortified and develops. He is also the younger brother of the powerful Robert III of Sedan thanks to whose protection he claimed the right to coinage. The coinage consist of snaphaen and half-snaphaen imitated from similar coins from Liège and Gelderland.
