BARAKZAI: Muhammad Akbar, 1842-1843, AR rupee, Kabul, AH1258. The issuing authority is Barakzai : Muhammad Akbar. However this ruler is missing under Barakzai in the numista dropdown.
This is anonymous type attributed to r eign of  Muhmmad Akbar Barakzai  by Stephen Album in his Checklist of Islamic Coins. Third Edition.

Reverse is very similar to the rupee of Kabul dated 1239
