Comments

This NCLT coin was initially released by the RAM as part of a limited edition metal box set of 60 Years of Supercars 50 cent coins.

There are seven other pad printed coins in the set and one non-pad printed coin.  Only 15,000 Limited Edition sets are available and the only way to get the non-pad printed coin was as part of this set. Each coin in the set was issued in a coincard.

The eight Pad-Printed coins are also available separately in their coincards.

Australia enjoys an enduring love affair with Supercars racing, and this year celebrates 60 years of the Australian Touring Car Championship. First held in 1960 at Gnoo Blas NSW, the RAM honours the 60 year milestone with the release of 9 coins highlighting some of the most celebrated race cars of the iconic ATCC.
