Obverse

A peasant woman with a scarf and horsetail (lat. Equisetum) in hand is placed in the central part of the coin and she is surrounded by irregular circle. NEZ (abbreviation of NEZAVISNA) DRŽ (abbreviation of DRŽAVA) HRVATSKA is written outside of the circle alongside the edge, while the year of minting (1941) is at the bottom of the coin.
