Comments

The second of five 1/2oz silver proof coins from the adorable Dreaming Down Under Series, this irresistible release portrays Australia’s sleepiest animal – a young koala.

The coin depicts a cute baby koala asleep in a fleece-lined twig basket – a prop that has created a popular trend in newborn photography among parents all around the world. As well as The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark, the design also incorporates colourful Australian native flowers and wildlife.

Accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity, each coin in the limited mintage is housed in a classic display case with a clear lid which comes in an illustrated shipper.
