Menzel: BBB

In 1873, two years after the invention of margarine, Heinrich Lang founded Nuremberg's first margarine factory. After two of Lang's former employees had also set up their own margarine production business under the name "Salb & Wohl" in 1883, the two companies merged in 1911 to form the Vereinigte-Maragarine-Werke.
