Menzel: BBB

In the years 1914 to 1921, the industrial magnate Wilhelm Leibbrand built up an empire in the canned food industry in the Schorndorf suburb.
At the company's heyday, the W. Leibbrand canning factory was the largest producer in the entire German-speaking region. Almost the entire German Wehrmacht was supplied with so-called "charity packs" from Schorndorf during the First World War.
