1976 Thick and Thin rim varieties (note later years appear to have thick rim as per Ole's comparison image and main coin images).

Thin rim ~ 0.7mm, Coin diameter 28.94mm - 28.96mm
Thick rim ~ 0.9mm, Coin diameter 28.98mm - 29.01mm
(Both comparison coins have circulation wear, but the difference in rim width is more than that).
