John Flanagan (1865–1952)was a sculptor who was known for his designs for coins and medals.

Engraver: Charles L. Vickers

Charles Vickers was born and raised in Northeast Texas. After a tour of duty with the 101st Airborne Division, he studied at the Art Students League, Frank Reilly School of Art, the Pratt Institute and the School of Visual Arts. In 1976, he moved to Pennsylvania and began his career at the Franklin Mint.
