John Flanagan (1865–1952)was a sculptor who was known for his designs for coins and medals.

Engravers: Charles L. Vickers , Richard Masters

Charles Vickers was born and raised in Northeast Texas. After a tour of duty with the 101st Airborne Division, he studied at the Art Students League, Frank Reilly School of Art, the Pratt Institute and the School of Visual Arts. In 1976, he moved to Pennsylvania and began his career at the Franklin Mint.
Richard Masters (born in Sioux City, Iowa) studied design and drawing at the University of Iowa. He assisted the United States Mint with the creation of new designs for coins and medals since 2004.
