Comments

Zunzún is the smallest hummingbird in the world, also known as "pájaro mosca" (fly bird), only 63 mm (2 1/2"). Name comes from the sound of their wings when flying.
There are about 300 species of hummingbirds at Cuba, and in spite Zunzún is not scarce, is hard to see, cause lives on deep forest, and usually avoids contact with humans.

This coin is not catalogued on Krause catalogs, they only show the steel version as KM# 415.2a, and the smaller version copper-nickel KM# 415.3
