Two obverse are known.
Die 2.1 - mint mark letter "P" high (see image at description of die 2 above).
Die 2.2 - mint mark letter "P" low.
On images below die 2.1 to the left, 2.2 to the right.

During the German occupation in the Second World War, the palm tree mark was used to identify coins minted in the United Sates for use in the overseas territories of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (government in exile). 

Although this type is listed in the Standard Catalog of World Coins as being made of Bronze, official US mint records state that these are made of Copper and Zinc.
