Comments

Minted at Philadelphia.
Fine reeding coins have 146 reeds and coarse reeding ones have 114 reeds.

Variants detected are low and high relief star on 1915 issue, as well as variations on amounts of reeds on edge. Most of this series silver coins have circulated actively, so most times is not easy to identify the variant, unless the coin is in very good shape, main differences are soft center and rounded valleys on high relief variant, but as said, those are worn in circulated coins, making hard to determine. Other clue to find is on high relief coins, key and palm tree show weak stike on reverse, but hard to determine if not comparing coins.
