Arms of Salzburg and of the Archbishop in an ornate 6 parts oval shield, within a beaded circle. The fractional value divides the legend on top. Legend (start 1h) for "Wolfgang Teodoricus Dei Gratia Archiepiscopus Salisburgensis Apostolicae Sedis Legatus".

Lettering: WOLF TEOD D G AR EPS SAL AP SE LE
