Against the background of Moscow’s outlines– the Great Kremlin Palace, in the background – cathedrals and the Bell Tower of Ivan the Great, in the foreground – towers and the fortress wall. The inscription on the matted field at the top along the rim – "МОСКОВСКИЙ КРЕМЛЬ И КРАСНАЯ ПЛОЩАДЬ" (THE MOSCOW KREMLIN AND RED SQUARE), at the bottom – stylized image of the fortress wall, towers and church cupolas.
